Approach

Our focus stays on companies and projects where we can take controling share in equity on their start up stage, early development or early growth stage. 

We look at business model, industry, people behind companies and see how all of it fits us, however more than anything, for us the priority are the people and individuals with whom we might own and mange business. 

Special interest goes to relatively capital light businesses of industrial and commercial service, with operating and managment models that have been wekk tried, tested and prooven in UK, USA or EU.

We work with pure equity as well as mezzanine capital and we advise the management exstensively, but also we participate for some period fully in operation and through such hands on approach we create value and deliver results.
